Affiliate Program Terms
By joining or using the Shiri Diamonds Affiliate Program, you agree to these terms.
- Affiliate promo codes are reusable unless disabled by Shiri Diamonds. Eligible commissions are credited only for completed, valid sales attributed to the affiliate code or link, and may be reversed for refunds, chargebacks, fraud, duplicate transactions, cancellations, or other invalid sales.
- Subject to applicable law, Shiri Diamonds may, in its sole business discretion, review, suspend, restrict, block, cancel, or close an affiliate account or promo code, including for misuse, fraud, legal or security requirements, breach of these terms, or protection of the program, customers, or brand.
- Subject to applicable law, Shiri Diamonds may, in its sole business discretion, change future commission rates, eligibility rules, promotional benefits, technical features, or any other program term or feature, and may suspend or discontinue the Affiliate Program or any part of the service. Changes apply prospectively and do not reduce commissions already validly earned before the effective date, except for reversals relating to refunds, chargebacks, fraud, duplicate or otherwise invalid transactions.
- Where reasonably practicable, material changes or discontinuation will be communicated in advance. Continued use after the effective date of updated terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms; an affiliate may stop participating and request account closure at any time.
- Account closure does not require deletion of records that Shiri Diamonds must retain for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or other legal obligations. Personal-data requests are handled under the Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.
- Shiri Diamonds does not guarantee any minimum traffic, sales, commission, availability, or uninterrupted operation of the program. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
