Terms & Conditions

These Terms explain the conditions that apply when you use this Shiri Diamonds storefront or place an order with us. By placing an order, you agree to the version of these Terms presented at that time, together with any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes apply prospectively and do not retroactively reduce rights attached to an order already placed. If a mandatory law gives you a right that cannot legally be excluded or limited, that law prevails over inconsistent wording in these Terms.

Shipping

Free delivery (on orders over $1400) to your home -most parts of the country. We strive to produce and ship your order within 10-14 business days. In some cases, we may ship earlier, but during busy periods, it could take slightly longer. If you have an urgent request, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

When your order is ready for shipping, you will receive an WhatsApp message. shipping arrival time to your house typically takes about 3-5 days depending on your location. Shipments that are returned or require rerouting will be subject to additional charges for reshipment.

Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch. Delivery can be delayed by remote locations, severe weather, customs, incorrect delivery details or other events beyond our reasonable control. This does not exclude any responsibility or delivery remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Returns & Cancellations

• We do not generally accept change-of-mind returns unless we agree otherwise in writing.
• Our policy does not exclude, restrict or modify consumer guarantees or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
• If goods fail to meet an applicable consumer guarantee, the remedy depends on the nature of the failure and may include repair, replacement or refund as required by law.
• Contact us before returning goods so we can arrange an appropriate return method. Where a return is required because of a failure covered by the Australian Consumer Law, we will bear or reimburse reasonable return costs as required by law.
• Any fee for a return that we voluntarily accept for reasons unrelated to a statutory failure will be disclosed before the return is authorised.
• No returns for personalized or custom orders.

Consumer Guarantees & 1-Year Voluntary Warranty

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Those statutory guarantees can apply beyond any stated voluntary warranty period depending on the circumstances.

In addition, Shiri Diamonds provides a one-year voluntary warranty against defects in our materials and workmanship under normal use. This additional warranty does not replace or reduce your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

• The voluntary warranty does not cover ordinary wear, scratches, rhodium wear, accidental damage, loss, theft, misuse, improper care or unauthorised alteration.
• Contact us first for return instructions. If a defect or consumer-guarantee failure is confirmed, return costs will be handled as required by law.

Payments & Tax

We accept bank transfer payments, cash and credit card payment. If you choose to order a product without physically coming to the shop, you can order and pay online or by phone. Those paying by credit card have the option of up to 6 monthly payments without interest.

Price includes all applicable taxes. We ship directly to you from our workshop in Israel. All applicable taxes and duties are already included in the price.

Insurance

Products ordered and shipped to you are 100% insured. If the product that is sent to you is lost, stolen or damaged the product is insured and will be replaced without any need to act on your part.

Tracking Shipments

You can track each package that is sent to you. We ship packages with a tracking number through which you can track your package at any given time. If you do not have the tracking number of the package, ask and we will send you the tracking number and the company website through which the package was sent.

Jewelry Care: Gold, Chlorine, Pressure, Scratches & Wear

Gold jewelry is made to be worn, but it is not immune to chemicals, pressure or normal wear. To reduce damage and help protect your jewelry:

• Chlorine, bleach and strong cleaners: Remove jewelry before swimming, using a hot tub, or handling bleach and harsh household cleaners. Chlorine can attack metals within a gold alloy and cause localized corrosion, discoloration and weakening; significant or repeated exposure may increase the risk of cracking or breakage.
• Pressure, impact and bending: Gold is a relatively soft and malleable metal. Gym weights and bars, tools, carrying heavy loads, or prolonged pressure on a ring — including a strong, sustained grip on motorcycle or bicycle handlebars — can permanently bend a ring, stone-setting prongs or links. Remove jewelry before activities that place substantial pressure on it.
• Scratches: All gold jewelry can scratch. Contact with harder materials such as steel, stone, ceramic or other jewelry naturally creates fine scratches and wear marks over time and can change a polished or matte finish.
• Long-term wear: Daily friction can gradually thin links, clasps and prongs and wear surface finishes. Rhodium plating on white gold also wears over time and may require replating. Periodic inspection is recommended, especially for jewelry worn every day.

For routine cleaning, use lukewarm water, mild soap and a soft cloth or brush that is suitable for the gemstones in the piece. Do not use abrasives, toothpaste, bleach or ultrasonic cleaning unless it is known to be safe for the specific jewelry and gemstones. Damage caused by chemical exposure, impact, pressure, scratching or ordinary wear is not by itself a manufacturing defect, without limiting any mandatory rights where a defect or lack of conformity exists.

Using and Warranty

Diamond jewelry comes with a certificate stating the details of the gold and diamonds. Gold jewelry above certain weight thresholds may also carry a fineness mark indicating gold purity.

Gold jewelry is made from an alloy: pure gold combined with other metals that influence strength, hardness and color. Customers with a known sensitivity to particular metals should tell us before ordering, especially when selecting white gold.

Details and Dimensions

There may be deviations in the dimensions and details of the jewelry. The production process is a complex process which is affected by shrinking in the casting process, the diamond setting and the handmade goldsmithing process. Each step effects the jewelry dimensions and in addition there are deviations between different weights and measuring tools. It is therefore difficult to predict exactly the final dimensions of a jewel and slight deviations are legitim. With multi-diamond jewelry, diamond color and clarity may characterize an intermediate level.

Additional Services

An additional service or product that is not included in the original order may involve an additional charge. A separate charge applies only after the material terms and price (or the method for calculating it) are disclosed and the customer expressly agrees to the additional service or product.

Reviews & Publications

We do not restrict a customer's right to publish an honest review, including a negative review, about our products, service or conduct. Nothing in these Terms waives rights or remedies available under applicable law concerning unlawful content, threats or harassment, impersonation, invasion of privacy, disclosure of confidential information or trade secrets, or statements of fact that are knowingly false. A disagreement or negative opinion by itself is not a breach of these Terms.
