Terms & Conditions

These Terms explain the conditions that apply when you use this Shiri Diamonds storefront or place an order with us. By placing an order, you agree to the version of these Terms presented at that time, together with any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes apply prospectively and do not retroactively reduce rights attached to an order already placed. If a mandatory law gives you a right that cannot legally be excluded or limited, that law prevails over inconsistent wording in these Terms.

If an invoice or order confirmation identifies a more specific legal or tax entity for your transaction, that identification forms part of the contract and prevails for invoicing purposes.

Shipping

Free delivery (on orders over €300) to your home - most parts of the European Union. We strive to produce and ship your order within 10-14 business days. In some cases, we may ship earlier, but during busy periods, it could take slightly longer. If you have an urgent request, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

When your order is ready for shipping, you will receive an WhatsApp message. shipping arrival time to your house typically takes about 3-5 days depending on your location. Shipments that are returned or require rerouting will be subject to additional charges for reshipment.

Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch. Delivery can be delayed by remote locations, severe weather, customs, incorrect delivery details or other events beyond our reasonable control. This does not exclude any responsibility or delivery remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Returns & Cancellations

EU right of withdrawal. Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, a consumer may withdraw from an eligible distance purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Send a clear written notice by email or our contact form.

• We will provide return instructions. Unless we agreed otherwise or the goods are faulty/incorrect, the direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer where the law permits.
• We refund payments required by law, including the cost of our least-expensive standard delivery option where applicable. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods back or you provide evidence of return, where the law permits.
• You may inspect the goods as you reasonably would in a shop. You can be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Customized Items

• No returns for custom-made items (e.g., engravings, special sizing, or rings made to selected size).

Nothing in this section limits remedies for goods that are faulty, incorrect or not in conformity with the contract.

Legal Guarantee & After-Sales Rights

EU consumers benefit from the mandatory legal guarantee of conformity. As a minimum under EU rules, the seller is responsible for lack of conformity that becomes apparent within the applicable legal period, which is at least two years from delivery and may be longer under national law.

If goods are faulty, do not match their description or otherwise lack conformity, the remedies available under applicable law may include repair or replacement free of charge and, where the legal conditions are met, a price reduction or termination/refund. These statutory rights are separate from any voluntary service we may offer.

Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse or damage caused after delivery is not itself a lack of conformity, without limiting any statutory right where a defect or lack of conformity is present.

Payments & Tax

We accept bank transfer payments, cash and credit card payment. If you choose to order a product without physically coming to the shop, you can order and pay online or by phone. Those paying by credit card have the option of up to 6 monthly payments without interest.

Price includes all applicable taxes. We ship directly to you from our workshop in Israel. All applicable taxes and duties are already included in the price.

Insurance

Products ordered and shipped to you are 100% insured. If the product that is sent to you is lost, stolen or damaged the product is insured and will be replaced without any need to act on your part.

Tracking Shipments

You can track each package that is sent to you. We ship packages with a tracking number through which you can track your package at any given time. If you do not have the tracking number of the package, ask and we will send you the tracking number and the company website through which the package was sent.

Using and Warranty

Diamond Jewelry comes with a certificate stating the details of the gold and diamonds. Gold Jewelry over a certain weight has a stamp indicating the purity of the gold.
Gold is a precious metal that becomes rarer and more expensive over time, but it is one of the softest metals which can easily scratch and warp. We produce high quality jewelry when the gold is smooth and shiny. Normal wear, scratching or deformation caused by use or impact is not a manufacturing defect, while this does not limit any mandatory rights for a defect or lack of conformity. This is mainly manifested in bracelets exposed to abrasion and impact, chains that stretch and break, and white gold items that need to be coated with materials like rhodium. As the rhodium wears off, the natural gold alloy beneath becomes exposed.

The gold that is used for jewelry is a mixture of pure gold and other metals like copper, silver, and brass to create the yellow, red and white gold hue. Therefore, the customer must know if there is a sensitivity to one of the types of metals. Sensitivity is very rare but is usually happened with the white gold.

Details and Dimensions

There may be deviations in the dimensions and details of the jewelry. The production process is a complex process which is affected by shrinking in the casting process, the diamond setting and the handmade goldsmithing process. Each step effects the jewelry dimensions and in addition there are deviations between different weights and measuring tools. It is therefore difficult to predict exactly the final dimensions of a jewel and slight deviations are legitim. With multi-diamond jewelry, diamond color and clarity may characterize an intermediate level.

Additional Services

An additional service or product that is not included in the original order may involve an additional charge. A separate charge applies only after the material terms and price (or the method for calculating it) are disclosed and the customer expressly agrees to the additional service or product.

Reviews & Publications

We do not restrict a customer's right to publish an honest review, including a negative review, about our products, service or conduct. Nothing in these Terms waives rights or remedies available under applicable law concerning unlawful content, threats or harassment, impersonation, invasion of privacy, disclosure of confidential information or trade secrets, or statements of fact that are knowingly false. A disagreement or negative opinion by itself is not a breach of these Terms.
