This policy explains how Shiri Diamonds handles personal information in connection with our Canadian storefront. We apply this policy together with applicable federal and provincial privacy requirements, including PIPEDA where it applies and applicable Québec privacy requirements when relevant.

Accountability and purposes

We are responsible for personal information under our control. We collect only information reasonably connected to identified purposes, such as contact and delivery details, order/customisation information, transaction/payment status, communications, reviews and technical/security information.

We use information to manufacture and fulfil orders, provide support, arrange payment and delivery, handle returns/repairs, prevent fraud, maintain security, comply with tax/accounting and legal obligations, and—where permitted and with meaningful consent where required—measure or market our services.

Consent and disclosures

Consent is requested in a form appropriate to the sensitivity and purpose of the information, subject to legal exceptions. Necessary information may be disclosed to payment, hosting/IT, communications, courier, customs, analytics/advertising and professional-service providers, or authorities where legally required.

International processing

We retain personal information only for as long as needed for identified business/legal purposes and then delete, anonymise or securely restrict it as appropriate.
